It's a jungle out there, and not even the biggest and the baddest among us are immune to the danger. That's why I took this job for Magnificent Bastard Consulting--get revenge on your ex or your money back. Jake "the Dragon" Falcone may be a professional hockey player with a body built for tossing boulders up mountains, and legs thick enough to snap defensive guards in two with one flex of his manly thighs, but sometimes even a dragon needs a princess to help him get out of trouble.


Sometimes being a member of the fairer sex comes in handy. When Shane Willoughby is pressed into service as a temporary employee of MBC, it's because, underneath the girly girl facade, she's New York tough, more than able to hold her own, and has the skills to get the job done. Shane shouldn't notice that Jake sets her senses alight like no one has in, well, forever, because that just wouldn't be professional. But like the Magnificent Bastard and the Spectacular Rascal that have gone before her, Shane's about to find out that business can sometimes be a real pleasure.

I have been waiting for this book since Shane showed up and stole the show in SPECTACULAR RASCAL. She is savvy, sassy, and totally someone that I would want to hang out with. There are layers to Shane that are revealed over time, showing her to be much more than she appears on the surface. And Jake, he's more than a pretty face and a beast on the ice. Refusing to be a product of his past, he's determined to bring the best of who he is and shine that light into the world.

The chemistry between Shane and Jake is, as to be expected, off the charts. It's fast, it's hot, and I loved every minute of it. I don't even care that sparks flew as quickly as they did, because, dang, just, phew!

I have to say that Lili Valente has found her calling with these romantic comedies. The story lines, the characters, and, oh, my gosh, the TEXTING, they are wonderful. As an aside, I will say that the texts that are such a big part of all three of the stories in this series are some of the best parts of the books. They capture perfectly the spirits of the characters and how they interact with each other, and had me laughing out loud every single time.

INCREDIBLE YOU is a great addition to Lili's catalog of work, and one that I enjoyed absolutely. Shane and Jake, their kids, their friends, I can't think of a more enjoyable group of characters to spend time with. 5 classy, sassy, sexy stars for another fun listen. These stories are guaranteed to entertain and delight, so grab them and listen up. You can thank me later.

Barely Believable

This book was just ok for me. Who meets someone and falls madly in love in 6 days? So much of it was just far fetched and just didnt hold my interest. The narrators did a good job.

I am really beginning to love all of Lili Valente's books and this one was no exception. I loved both hero and heroine and the epilogue #2 was just too adorable!

Fun, Entertaining, and Sexy!

This story is a stand alone; however, it takes place after Magnificent Bastard, and Spectacular Rascal, but could easily be listened to as a stand alone. If you have not listened to either Magnificent Bastard or Spectacular Rascal, I highly recommend listening to them first to get a better appreciation for Magnificent Bastard Consulting and what they do.

After listening to the first two stories, I was so excited to hear Increditble You, but didn't feel this story was as good as the first two. I loved it was told from both the H/h POV's but didn't feel it was as funny as the first two. The plot was solid with drama and suspense, but it's an insta-love story.

Shane Willoughby has been hired by Magnificent Bastard Consulting to be the first female interventionist, also known as Miraculous Mess. Her first client is Jake (The Dragon) Falcone, a hockey player who's crazy ex has turned into a stalker. After a bad breakup, Jake is being accused of chocking his ex which is also giving him bad publicity. He hires Magnificent Bastard Consulting to help him with his image and to convince his ex he's moved on and is in a new relationship. Shane was skeptical about taking on Jake's case, but after meeting him, the sparks fly and she's convinced he's not guilty; however, his ex will go to great lengths to get him back.

There's a lot of attraction, chemisty and banter between Sane and Jake which was hot but things get real, real quick! While this was my least favorite in the series, it was still a great story and worth a credit!

The narration was good. Tyler and Summer both did an great job on the characters!

Very sweet and sexy story with drama and a HEA

The 3rd and so far the best in this series. The narration was very well done-realistic especially when there actually is a conversation between the male and female narrators. The story is pure fantasy but fun- except for the psych ex and her attacks. Hard to believe they don’t hire a bodyguard after all the threats but maybe with all Shane’s friends they figured she’d be safe. This one is a great choice for the Romance package or worth a credit!

Super Sexy Funny and Flirty is Incredible You

I loved Shane's character how she is so funny, smart, sexy, sassy, quick on her feet and speaks her mind and doesn't take anything from anyone. The whole story brought to life is so amazing.

OMG Incredible You by Lili Valente is freakin amazing. I don't have words to describe how magnificent this story is. I am so in love with Shane and Jake's characters. For me this is Lili's best book by far. It had humor, drama, hot sexy scenes and romance. I was not able to put this book down once i started reading it. It will have your attention from beginning to end. Shane is a smart, sassy, sexy and independent woman who is helping out her friend Bash. Her job is to help Jake "Dragon" Falcone get rid of his stalker ex girlfriend and clear his name. Jake "Dragon" Falcone is a sexy rough around the edges hockey player who looks to Bash's Magnificent Bastard Consulting to help him get rid of his crazy ex girlfriend and clean up his image after being accused of trying to beat up her up. This book will have you laughing and crying and i highly recommend it. It was also nice to read about our other favorite characters in this series Bash & Penny and Adian & Cat. I think my favorite was the epilogue can't wait to read more from this outstanding author.

Hot Hockey Player+A Sassy Mess=4.5 Incredible Star

What did you like best about this story?

Who doesn't want a hockey hockey player and a sassy strong woman going head to head and falling for each other. Throw in a crazy ex-girlfriend and some baggage and you have one heck of a story. Highly recommend. This is my first book by Lili Valente and it will not be my last.

Absolutely - I would definitely recommend this book to a friend (and have).

What did you like best about this story?

My favorite part of this story was the characters. Jake is a REALLY private hockey player - so while he is aggressive on the ice he doesn't get in fights, while he is a famous person he doesn't flaunt it or do anything to become tabloid fodder. Shane is also a VERY private person. She has a painful past and huge responsibility now. She opens herself up to Jake and is surprised by how well they mesh.

What about Tyler Donne and Summer Roberts ’s performance did you like?

Everything - their voices portrayed the characters well and embodied the emotions correctly and perfectly.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I think I did - or at least in one day.

Adorable

This book was so much fun to listen to. The double epilogues made it though! Loved it! There’s some heart stopping moments, lots of love and a few tears. But the sweet kind.
