Enjoyable

Good story telling, funny, well paced. The characters were quirky but not over the top. All in all a very good read.

A Fun Listen

I really enjoyed this book. It kept me entertained the whole listen and didn't drag at all. I was fully engaged and wanted to keep listening even when I arrived at my destination. That's how I know I like an audible book.

Laugh out loud funny!

Molly Harper is my new favorite author....I just love her snarky humor and how nothing is perfect in the main character's life...it makes them more relatable. Although the book did feel a little like Twlight, like the romance between Bella & Jake and the whole werewolf thing....I was able to get over it, because the romance in this book is completely for adults only! And after listening to this book it makes me want to move to Alaska just to see if I find me one of those hunky werewolves, who apparently don't attack humans!

Really cute beginning to the series

Since I enjoyed the third book in this series so much (oops read out of order ), I decided to go ahead and get the first 2 books. As always, Molly Harper writes a hilarious account of small town life and folks from interesting backgrounds. It took a little longer for this romance to get off the ground than I would have liked and the reason behind the reluctance of the H to stay with the h seemed kind of forced. But the mystery surrounding the problem in the town was well done and I liked the conclusion to the problem. The narrator, Ms. Ronconi is used on all of the audiobooks for this author and I like her. The odd thing is that the editing was off. At times I could tell that a break was taken and the narrative sounded odd for a moment, then as Ms. Ronconi read longer, the narration sounded the same. It was distracting, but not wot returning the book over. B-.

Fun and Easy

I thought this was a really fun book to listen to with just the right amount of humor and drama. My only complaint is the last scene with Ian was rather abrupt.
