Publisher's Summary

The Dhammapada is the single most important extant Buddhist text. It is unquestionably 'the voice of the Buddha' where many of his key ideas are presented in a cogent verse form. It opens: "All that we are is the result of what we have thought", and each of the following sections gives clear guidance on how to change our thought. Also included on this recording are other key Buddhist concepts illustrated by original texts.

Straight Forward Readings

If you could sum up The Voice of the Buddha in three words, what would they be?

Audio quality was very good and the readings are of course the same here as in print. I keep this one downloaded on my mobile and listen from time to time for some inspiration. Recommeded.

May you all know peace. Then perhaps we all may .

Seeking after truth in this world has proven difficult. There is that in me which allows for blindness of it. This text helps.
