Content fantastic but..

The content and substance of this book is wonderful. The readers voice does not do the book justice: monotone and boring. Buy the paperback

Full of reality of the Truth from heavenly!

This book is filled with remarkable clarity of the Truth, explained by Nee, and light-filled revelations from God Himself to him! Praise the Lord for raising up this faithful servant of God for building up His churches in the East in the 20th century and for conveying the deep significance concerning His glorious church to Christian genuine seekers in the entire world! To God be the glory!

Excellent! Highly recommended!

Some key learnings:

1. Why there is power in Jesus’ name
2. Why our warfare is one of standing (instead of taking ground)
3. Why we should seek God’s plan rather than asking God to bless ours
4. Learn about Nee’s awareness that the adversary wants us to leave our rest in Christ and to worry instead

Amazing Description

Man was created the 6th day in God's image. God rested on the 7th day
Sit before I walk, walk before I stand, and all because of our Lord Jesus Christ the first born among us.

The Revelation explained in this book, leaves me in awe, as do the three books I have read so far by this author.

I will Rest my own thoughts and ways, because our God, "gots this!"
great reading, great audible.

Quick and to the point

I enjoyed listening to this book sit walk stand. It was a quick read and to the point. The narrator spoke very clear and his tone matched the feel/mood of the author quite nicely. Seeing that the Christian life has a certain balance to it was very enlightening. And how to redeem the time so that the days of my life are not in vain or wasted. I also do not want a loose Christian walk but a walk that matches God‘s intention and a life that expresses God‘s love to others and knows how to use the word effectively against Satan.

Not to Try but To Trust

We need to learn to Sit with Christ, Walk with Christ and Stand with Christ. In Christ, we are conquerors and an overcomers! The life that we have received from our All inclusive God- Lord Jesus Christ, is an overcoming and spontaneous life, flows and grows spontaneously within us.

Epic

This is one of the must own books a christian should read... It has very good explanations about the book of Ephesians. And it open eyes and make us realize that we struggle a lot in our christianity because we are ignorant. God bless

Narrator's voice is distracting

Would you consider the audio edition of Sit Walk Stand to be better than the print version?

No; having listened to Paul Michael narrating Normal Christian Life; I was hugely disappointed by this narration. Steve Vause's voice is too raspy and accented which makes it difficult to navigate past his voice to grasp the amazing revelation that Watchman Nee brings. His voice is jarring and I would hope CLC will rerecord these amazing works using someone with a more neutral voice like Paul Michael.

What didn’t you like about Steve Vause’s performance?

His voice was way too raspy; heavily accented; and therefore distracting from the power of the words he was reading. So annoying.
