Laura Ahrens is one of my favorite yoga teachers because of her unique ability to keep me fully present throughout practice. She weaves yogic philosophy and mindfulness throughout class, so I feel like I am getting so much more than a traditional asana class. This particular class is rigorous but accessible to all-levels, and it leaves my tight hips feeling more mobile and relaxed. I encourage you to give it a try! Especially if you are interested in developing a practice that you can take off the mat and into your daily life.
