A GOOD 8 MINUTE PEP TALK TO INSPIRE & ASSIST SALES

He packs quite a bit in eight minutes. Product knowledge does make all the difference in sales as does pride in what you are selling:) this is a good audio to listen to en route to work or in the morning...Good value and content (don't let the short length put you off-its worth a buy.
