Clear, easy, complete info, calm pleasant narration

Very balanced whole-picture info, clearly explained. The beautiful clear and pleasant voice makes a stressful subject easy to listen to, even when listening several times as should be done before making such a weighty decision. It compares the various types but even other alternatives as well that can be considered also. Listening for a dear elderly friend facing this decision, it's the first book I've found that is so complete, clearly explained and understandable that I will play it aloud directly with her. The kind gentle voice makes a difficult subject both easy to understand and to listen to.

Good info, bad delivery!

Can we get people that can read and pronounce words correctly? I tried my best to overlook the speakers inability to say the word "with",not pronounced "wit". It's frustrating to have good information read to you be a third grader.
