Needs further development

The idea of the story is great but I think that it needs further development. I understand that this is a short story but even with short stories a writer can still cram a lot in and the story to still come across as well developed and with a steady pace.

There was too much of the story that felt rushed and unnatural. I couldn't relate to the characters nor could I even fantasize about the characters/story.

The narrator had a decent male voice but at times I had a hard time discerning between who was speaking/thinking because his male and female voice almost sounded the same.

Blazing hot power struggle

Amaya wages a full out battle against Justin when he is given the job that she feels she rightly deserves. This battle goes from boardroom to bedroom. Every time one gets the upper hand the other one wins it back. There are several sizzling hot sex scenes in this battle. But what happens when this power struggle becomes a heart struggle?

Donovan Kane does a excellent job narrating this story. He did a very good job with both male and female voices.

I asked #audiobookobsession for an Audible copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I personally would have liked a little longer story but this does not take anything away from the story. Sometimes one has to decide whether work or the heart is most important.

Super sexy

Oh my goodness, what a hot book! I thoroughly enjoyed this sexy book with a happily ever after. I always enjoy a great erotic romance and this one doesn’t disappoint.

HOT AS HELL & loved the happily every after ending

I was really surprised at how much I really enjoyed listening to this! I was a little iffy on the male narrator portraying both male and female parts at first especially since I usually don't really like female voices done by a male, but it turned out great, and it didn't take anything away from the story overall. The narrator did an excellent job at all the voices and I really liked it. The story was hot as hell and the ending was perfect! I would definitely recommend this audiobook and I thoroughly enjoyed both the author's writing and the narrator's work.

A power struggle like no other.

The power play from one character to another is funny to say the least. Just to see how one would out due the other. It was a wild ride.

Twisted love story

Power and Lust, was a steamy audio book.. The sex scenes were blazing hot, and I truly enjoyed the narration. Some of the sex scenes were a part of their arguments although it was never forceful.

Hot and twisted

Loved this twisted hot story. These two strong willed hardheaded people try to get the upper hand on each while try to fight the explosive attraction.

Perfect title!!!

I really liked the book itself although I wish it would have been longer and more developed. The power struggle between the characters made me chuckle at times. All in all the story idea was well thought out and quite steamy and enjoyable.

I was saddened by the narrator's portrayal of the characters. I sometimes felt disconnected from them due to not knowing which character was speaking at particular moments as the voices used were very similar. I think I may have enjoyed the audiobook version more had it been narrated differently.
