COMPELLING, COMPULSIVE & A COMPLETE BARGAIN

Well wow.. that was eight and a half compelling and delicious hours of fun and flirts as Zane, the sexy, handsome, arrogant, opinionated, mega-rich Australian Entrepreneur gets sideswiped and out-manoeuvred by Harlow - an unemployed, down-to-earth, sassy, sweet, clever beauty who makes his blood boil.. but not in a good way! Along this couple’s addictive ‘fake’, yet very real, romance there’s lots of sizzles as their chemistry ignites and there’s lots of conversations that start and end with barbed banter. Zane doesn’t believe in love and there’s an invisible wall with vigilant security surrounding his heart.. but, over time, that wall slowly topples.. and the invisible light of true love shines brightly on a once dead heart. Their animosity towards each other only fuels their desires in this Cat and mouse - push ‘n pull - enemies to lovers dual POV romance that was expertly narrated.

Worth a credit? Yes it definitely would’ve been - it’s K. Bromberg and I love her.. BUT it’s in the Romance Package deal.. so I got this little gem for next to nothing.. how happy am I right now.

Brilliant story with perfect narration! A must listen!

Another fantastic and brilliant story by K. Bromberg. Absolutely loved it. Oh Zane... Cocky, sexy and so easy to fall for. Harlow is one of my favorite heroines to read. Feisty, strong and willing to fight for what she believes in. Their chemistry is off the charts! Their banter will leave you laughing or breathless wanting more. The narration is perfection. Erin Mallon and Rupert Channing nailed the character. You will devour this story. I highly recommend this book!

Can fake relationships really work?

Down on her luck, on-off again model, Harlow, is heading to an interview when a hot, but arrogant jerk, mistakes her for the dog walker and hands off his dog. Harlow walks the dog, breaking her shoe in the process, and is then misses her interview. When she goes to the guy's office to tell him off, she overhears him on a phone call discussing his playboy 'accomplishments' with a friend. When the guy doesn't apologize for his mistake and her subsequent loss of the interview...she throws her broken shoes at him and leaves. Little did she know that she dropped an overdue bill, which gives the guy her name and address.
Zane enjoyed his encounter with the little spitfire and feels a tad guilty for ruining her chance for a job. He replaces her shoes and delivers it to her house, along with an invitation to be his guest at a networking event for his new dating app.
After much debating, Harlow attends the event and meets a sweet older gentleman who, unbeknownst to her, is the investor that Zane is hoping to woo because of his contacts. When Harlow weasels her way into the spokesperson position...to the delight of the investor...Zane declares that they met using the app and are, in fact, engaged! Now they will be travelling together on a tour bus for the next several weeks to promote the dating app. Will they be able to keep up the charade without killing each other or in bed together??? This is a hilarious story that will keep you entertained. Great narration team!

Love the Aussie

I loved the Aussie accent in this book. It was a very entertaining love story. Very enjoyable listening..I recommend it hands down!!

What a book!

It had everything I wanted and more! The characters came to life with every word I heard. I absolutely love the story line and being able to hear it, well that’s even sweeter! I truly think the author did a wonderful job playing the main characters off each other. Harlow and Zane are funny, sweet, and incredible hot together and I was happy with the ending they both got. I would definitely be hearing more audiobooks from now on.
