Trying to get the PDF, but no way to get it. I bought the book and I don’t get the PDF and no resource to support? Book was good, overall, a couple of mis-statements, but overall good! I’ll try for 30 days!

Very scientific yet explained well. More about why then how. Makes very clear that paleo only works if you do it. But the PDF didn’t work for me so if I want to know how I guess I will have to buy the paper version. Kind of a bummer.
