Just ok. Drags a little

The concepts are simple, but I hoped the stories would make this engaging. Instead, the stories don't always tie well to the concepts and seem generic. Ok, listen, if you get it on discount.

Solid Communication Book

I have listened to quite a few books on communication amd negotiations. I find the advice in the book both relatable and digestible. I believe that it will help me adjust my daily life and improve my business communication.

Very repetitive

The interesting aspects of this book are all very well summarized in the last chapter. You don’t really need to listen to the whole thing.

Captivating and informative

This book was both interesting to listen to with many stories and had great techniques to follow and practice. Had already recommended to 5 people I know. Great book!

Excellent for all of life’s challenging conversations

I will buy this book to have as a workbook for life’s events. The case studies were good and the examples of conversations are helpful, but it was a bit repetitive.
