Israel visited

great book but anticlimactic. Excellent coverage of current and past Israeli history with biblical references interspersed

Excellent message.

With a single narrator using the same voice inflection for all the characters, I found it difficult to keep which character was speaking. This feeling continued throughout the novel. Definitely an issue with the narrator. The story line was magnificent.

I learned so much of Gods love for His Chosen ones

This book is so well written and spoken I can’t wait to get to the second one! I love Israel and support her in Jesus name. Amen

An exciting contemporary story

The series is very exciting. I couldn't wait to find out what happened next. the mixture of modern Jewish culture and history and current events made it seem real.

Interesting story filled with current events!

If you like stories mixing current day events and Biblical themes, you’ll probably enjoy this book. But if you’re used to good narrations, you’ll want to read it rather than listen. I wish they’d selected a professional reader because it’s not the author’s gift. But he does write a good story about Jewish/Arab struggles and includes lots of historical and current day info about Israel. Any book that helps me understand better God’s plan through Jews and Israel makes a worthwhile read for me!

this occurs at a much more recent time frame than most Thoene books, and Mr. Bentley is new to me. it is a very good book with a great perspective.

I wish a better voice

Then I could have got into it better. The story is good but the voice didn’t do a thing for it. Put me to sleep so I had to keep re-listening. He didn’t flow. I was so bummed because I really wanted to really get involved in it. Not be like a news listener

Enjoying this series immensely

This fictional book incorporates, actual events and places which make it far more interesting to listen to. The narrator does a good job, but at times seems a bit wooden. He doesn’t get into character. He does a straight read, which I think is probably far better for this book.
