What disappointed you about No More Cold Calling?
I stopped listening to this audio book after the third chapter. I found that she droned on and on on the advantages of referral marketing, but had not brought one single ounce of value. I asked for the audio book to be refunded. This being said, I believe she might be onto something, and will check the real book, where I can skip her self-marketing blahblah.

The best takeaways were in chapter 8 with the referral wheel and chapter 10 with the attract acronym.
Book is written more as an introduction to to the author with some implementable actions, that all seem to point toward working with the author.
If you're looking to be inspired there's plenty of stories in this book for inspiration. If you're a DIY type of person you may find this book a little lacking
