Publisher's Summary

London, England. An attempted assassination goes awry, leaving multiple people wounded or dead. Jack Noble finds himself in the middle. Now the high-profile politician who was targeted wants him even closer.

Crystal River, Florida. The brother Jack hasn't seen in over six years calls. The news is bad, and Jack has to break the vow he made never to go home.

Jack coordinates a security effort on one continent and investigates a mysterious death on another. Neither task is his specialty.

Jack is left in a position where he can only react to the external forces pulling him in every direction - all while second-guessing his instincts.

Will those instincts be enough to keep himself and those closest to him alive?

Jack Noble returns home for a funeral...

...of an old flame and people start dying. Never Go Home is a terrific suspense thriller with lots of plot twists. Jack sees his family back in Florida for the first time in years. This novel, Book 8 in the Jack Noble series, is narrated superbly by Dennis Holland. I highly recommend the Jack Noble series.

Great Series

L.T. Ryan has a winner with this series. Jack Noble and his supporting cast of characters never seem to run out of pulse pounding action and intrigue.

One long cliff hanger...

I disliked that a character who was so well trained, etc. had no inkling that he was being followed, and manipulated. Not a clue. The story was interesting but it went nowhere, unless the accumulation of bodies and more questions was the destination. Lastly, is it just me or does Jack care about nothing but himself? His apathy is contagious, I don’t think I care to hear his story anymore.

Gripping story, expertly read

Another excellent story. Once again I was disappointed when it finished. One tiny point, Slough is pronounced Sl- ow not Sloff.
