I’m missing out on my life. What’s wrong with me? If that’s ever crossed your mind, and if you know there’s more to life than what you’ve been living, this audiobook is for you. It sucks to acknowledge that you are what’s keeping you from the life you want. You sacrifice what you want most for what you want in the moment. You know everything you’re supposed to do, and yet you feel stuck - limited by your past, overwhelmed by your future - in a purgatory of your own behavior.

Publisher's Summary
If you struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, stress eating, or if you repeatedly manage to lose weight only to gain it all back, you may be approaching things with the wrong mindset.
Most contemporary thought on overeating and bingeing focuses on healing and self-love. But people who've overcome food and weight issues often report it was more like capturing and caging a rabid dog than learning to love their inner child...
Open the cage even an inch-or show that dog an ounce of fear-and it'll quickly burst out to shred your healthy eating plans, undoing all your progress in a heartbeat.
From his perspective as a formerly food-obsessed psychologist - and previous consultant to major food manufacturers - Dr. Livingston shares specific techniques for isolating and permanently dis-empowering your “fat thinking self”. He reveals much of his own personal journey in the process.
If despite your best intentions you find yourself in one or more of the following situations then this audiobook is for you...
- You've tried diet after diet with no permanent success...
- You constantly think about food and/or your weight...
- You feel driven to eat when you're not hungry (emotional overeating)...
- You sometimes feel you can't stop eating even though you're full...
- You sometimes feel guilty or ashamed of what you've eaten...
- You behave differently with food in private than you do when you're with other people...
- You feel the need to fast and/or severely restrict your food to “make up” for serious bouts of overeating...
Never Binge Again can help you:
- Dramatically improve your ability to stick to any healthy food plan so you can achieve your weight loss and/or fitness goals...
- Quickly recover from mistakes without self judgement or unnecessary guilt...
- Free yourself from the prison of food obsession so you can enjoy a satisfying, delicious, and healthy diet for the rest of your life!

Waste of time...
Basically tell yourself you are never going to binge again. Period. And when you feel like overeating it is your internal pig wanting you to overeat, so don't feed your inner pig. Absolute waste of time. Weird overdubbing of voice in the narration.

Give it a chance
Much of what you will hear in the book sounds ridiculous at first, but give it a chance. Be willing to see any resistance you have to the ideas as what the author would call “pig squeal.” Many reviews think the author is self-promoting, but nearly all of what he promotes is free! And why shouldn’t my he self promote? If you had a good idea, wouldn’t you? Stay in a helpless, I have no control, paradigm if you want, I’m going to take a shot at getting out of it with the ideas in this book. See ya!

Great new recording by the author
Although I have the ebook, I wanted the audio version too. I'm so glad Glenn decided to record it himself. I enjoy his voice. He has tough love, which is exactly what I need. I really liked hearing frequently the phrase "you will never binge again". It seems to have stuck in my head more this time hearing it rather than reading it. I feel empowered that my moment to be healthy is NOW, which makes me more determined to cage that pig.

I expected better.
I hate to say this but this book is not worth to spend money on. Just get the free book on the never binge again. Just a fair warning the LAST SEVEN hours of this book is just the author and clients interviews of trying to be better. It's not even the actual book. Which I feel it's kind of a waste of time for me. The author reading his own book isn't that bad, He's not awful at it. But I think I would have rathered someone else because sometimes he sounds very full of it. There are a lot of techniques in here that seem helpful and I definitely will use them. Because I appreciated his view on not actually cutting everything good out of your life but just putting them in conditions. his whole list of things you'll eat, things you'll never eat, and things you'll eat on conditions. I think was a very great idea! I believe that would help you not binge more than anything. However, it was kind of the only thing I found helpful... It was hard to pay attention sometimes because honestly he was promoting his website so much that it just got irritating. At one point I didn't even want to listen anymore because I was just like okay I get it you want us to go to your website!! ugh... I feel like if you wanted to promote his website then he could have done it at the beginning of the book and at the end. Not almost every other freaking paragraph that's got so annoying! I think that if you go to the website and get the free ebook or PDF to download of the book then that's a good idea. I think it is worth a quick read because there are some tools and information in this book that are helpful. However, save your money and don't buy the audiobook. Because I don't think it's worth it.

Things you already know but sometimes need to hear
Make a plan, establish rules and commit 100 percent. Don't be seduced by your inner pig/pig squeals/pig slop. Tackle now, not later. It doesn't matter how long you stay compliant because that is the expectation. Don't use food as motivation or as a reward. You have 100 percent of the control no matter what situation you are in. Don't allow other to manipulate the plan and rules you set for yourself. It doesn't matter what causes you to binge because if you do what is listed you will never binge again. Now do it! #You'reWelcome

Hard to get past the cringey "pig noises"
I had to stop listening to this because I couldnt stand to hear the author make that squeaky "yipee!" narration whenever he was describing his inner pig. I get it, its funny like one time but after a while it gets insufferable and distracting. The book lacked thorough scientific evidence to why we as humans binge on food, most info was based on subjective claims. I'll be on the lookout for another book with useful tips.

Awful Advice. sugesting only willpower is required
I tried this book, as one of serveral I am reading on the topic. compared to other titles ( which reference actual science ) This book misses several key points about why one has the urge to binge in the first place. The chosen metaphor used throughout this book; is a risky choice, which will offend many suffers. my overall oponion... this book is trash. far better titles are out there. I will ask for a refund.

Interesting theories but has a long way to go to be a book
The book offers an interesting perception of binging/over eating. Many of the chapters spoke to me and I enjoyed hearing about the various theories. Other chapters were not for me but that doesn’t mean that the overall message of the book is compromised. The speaker sounded a bit robotic at times, which is why I can’t give more starts under performance. The book advertises so much for itself that it is starting to sound like a pyramid scheme. Free book upgrade if you sign up to be spammed with emails about taking courses to become an instructor and spreading the message. It is a shame that is couldn’t just be a stand-alone book with everything you need to know included.

Good advice
Audiobook is only around 4-5 hours. The rest is interviews. They're worth a listen anyway, but it's a bit misleading.

Quirky idea that really works
This quirky book is the only book that has helped me to really think about what I put in my mouth and to stop me bing eating. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to loose weight or to just eat healthier.

Great Book!
Loved this book. Super practical. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with binging. It has definitely helped me! The audio however is a bit glichie. The speed and sound of the voices changes. It would be great if they could fix that, but it doesn't effect what you get out of the book.

Game changer
This book is a wonderful indepth practical analysis of how and why you break your diet plan even when you had a strong intention to stick to it. This book isnt filled with lots of facts and figures but rather straightforward advice that helps you understand what is happening when you fall off the diet wagon. It doesn't contain any specific diet advice but rather the tools that will help you succeed at your choosen diet or lifestyle. I feel its a worthy investment of time and it definitely had a lot of Ah-Ha moments for me! If this book helps you Glenn also has a number of different programs and futher support to follow on from this book. However the book is enough to get started on its own.

touch and go
the audio seem to have interjections from another narrator with a sentence here or there that doesn't run smoothly with the rest of the read aloud. overall technique of the writing is a lot like hypnotherapy repeating the same message over and over in a dozen different ways. the philosophy behind the book is quite good and I plan to stick to it and incorporate this into my day today life. online and additional content has good and bad points. I had to sign up and now I get a lot of emails from this author and he seems like a bit of a self-promoter. additional templates and PDFs are probably good for some people but not others.

Life Changing from the first chapter
I found this book in the middle of a huge craving. I laid down on my bed and listened and the clarity was exactly what my brain needed. I was able to stay on my eating plan... the first day in months. I am not my cravings. My identity is no longer embedded in the binge cycle. A great mind trick that I treasure! I feel very grateful to Glenn for having the courage to write this brave and life changing book.
