I remember from a young age questioning how alcoholism could be labeled a disease when it is cured by a choice.
Whether I’ve joined them, judge them or refrain from them, my confusion never subsided until this book.
If you are troubled by your role, basic autonomy from a habit you can’t break or a supposed inherent of a family “disease” I HIGHLY recommend this book to liberate yourself from a victim mentality, life long depression and self doubt to put you squarely back into the driver seat of your life.
