Breaking Up With Sugar was not entirely what I was expecting but it is worth listening to. I did take away some valuable information but I was not really into the portion on grieving the loss of sugar in your life with a box and writing value statements. Those parts seemed a little cheesy to me but the stories from other people and Molly were motivating enough.

Literally Life changing! I will listen to this numerous times! Finally REAL tools to be HEALTHY mentally and physically!
