Fantastic.

I love the Origin Series, the writing is great, the characters fun and the action is off the scale. Just what you come to expect from David Wood & Rick Chesler. This was a great match-up of authors. I would highly recommend these novellas. Jeffrey Kafer is on fine form yet again, his narration really brings the characters to life. Give it a listen.

An Excellent Non-Stop Thrill Ride

Would you listen to Splashdown again? Why?

Splashdown is a book that I would listen to again. It has a film feel to it and like any good film I would want to watch it again. The same applies to this book. It's the perfect length to lay back and close your eyes and visualize the setting and the characters.

What did you like best about this story?

What I liked best about this story were all the fine details. I liked when they discovered the other ship. Finding the coins, the silver mercury dimes with markings on them was so descriptive. Trying to get to the Libery Bell and beat the Russians to the early piece of space tech. The whole story was brilliant.

What about Jeffrey Kafer’s performance did you like?

I really like Jeffrey Kafer's steady paced performance. I like his vocal flexibility and professionalism.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

My extreme reaction to this book was pure enjoyment. It was both entertaining and engaging.

Any additional comments?

I would love to hear more Dane and Bones Origins Stories. I also want to credit the authors David Wood and Rick Chesler for their superb writing. I received this audiobook free of charge in exchange for an unbiased review.

Another Grand Adventure

Spoiler Alert!!!

I enjoyed this book immensely, but there was one part that I felt was hard to swallow. It was that Liberty Bell 7 was carrying a nuclear device!
