Publisher's summary

Former allies in the IRA, Sean Dillon and Martin Brosnan have chosen different paths. Now Dillon is a terrorist for hire, a master of disguise employed by Saddam Hussein. Brosnan is the one man who knows Dillon’s strengths and weaknesses...and brilliant mastery of espionage. Once friends, now enemies, they are playing the deadliest game of their careers. A game that culminates in a frightening - and true - event: Iraq’s attempted mortar attack on the British war cabinet at 10 Downing Street in February 1991...

Blending fact and fiction, Eye of the Storm is pure excitement. Jack Higgins at his best.

Great book, the beginning of fantastic series

Jack Higgins introduces readers to one of his most exciting and daring characters possible. Very well written, hated to stop listening. The descriptions make it feel as if you are really present in each scene. Michael Paige is fantastic as a narrator. I recommend this book and the subsequent books in the Sean Dillon series by Jack Higgins.

Better than expected

The book was very entertaining and the story moved right along and didn't wander off on too many insignificant details.

LUV YA SEAN DILLON!

Dillon is such a great character -- so many layers of intrigue and trickery! Can't wait to read more Dillon books by Higgins

Another great Higgins book

Everything is very good except the music inserted into the narrative! It's always very annoying!

Dillon is evil?

The writing is great as always, but I’m too used to the Sean Dillon that is the good guy with Ferguson and the Special Branch-in England and the U.S.
I’m hoping to forget this book by going back to my “hero” in an earlier fiction form.
