Palm Beach is the most glamorous scene of the crime yet for cop-turned-investigator Stone Barrington, who becomes reacquainted with a case he thought was buried years ago and must settle romantic entanglements that haunt him still.
I love this series. One thing that Mr. Woods does BEST is tell the back story without "TELLING THE BACK STORY." You'd think after so much time, though, that Stone would stop being such a snatch hound, thinking he's madly in love with every single woman he gets involved with. He needs to listen to Dino more. Course, then the books wouldn't be nearly so entertaining. The narrator still sucks. Every single voice (except Dino's) sounds exactly the same.

Classic Stuart Woods. I really like the narrator as well. Mindless but lots of fun.
