My wife loved this!
My wife is currently trying to lose weight before she gets pregnant. She's doing well but struggling at times to ditch some older bad habits. She found this audiobook bundle to be such a game changer as she now has found a new sense of confidence and determination. She has only just finished the book so time will tell with the longterm results but she already has used the techniques in this to help her stress and sleep levels.
The chapters on 'healing rejuvenating sleep (self - hypnosis) and 'simple relation (self - hypnosis) were two of her favourites but she loved the whole bundle! She found the sounds really relaxing as well as the narration.
The book has an ora about it that really made her find a new feeling of self belief and that it is never too late to change your habits. She has always had an interest in hypnosis and she now feels that it has already make such a life changing difference.
A highly recommended audiobook all round!

Works!
Whenever I try to do something simply by taking action, it doesn't or ever work. I might start with good momentum and progress but very quickly, I fall off. Whenever I use tools like affirmations or hypnosis, almost always I get the result that I want or was seeking. Sometimes it's super easy or the outcome seems magical. That's why I always tell people to use these tools first as they make the rest easy or easier. So if you're looking to lose weight, control your food addiction or eating, I highly recommend applying the tools in this book. If you put more effort here, you will need less effort there.

Great tool
This book is a great tool for weight loss. I really enjoy the guided meditations, self hypnosis and positive affirmations in this book. They make it easier to incorporate healthy habits and a mindset that will enable you to control your food addiction. The narrator is really good. Has a soothing and relaxing voice. Lovely book to listen to daily. Great tool. I highly recommend it.

Calming and informative
This is an interesting subject matter. I never considered a combination of hypnosis, basic meditations and positive affirmations besides the common steps of good sleep and eating habits can help with a healthy, non stress way of weight loss. I find it interesting that meditation techniques can help w/ your emotions and with better attitude, you're more motivated to move and exercise. Good listen.

There are several sections to the book that you can keep coming back to over and over again. Calming and Relaxing
This was calming and easy to follow Guided Meditations and Hypnosis with an emphasis on loving ourselves, rest, comfort, and peace while breathing out Negativity or stress or tension from within. The topics include self-love, weight loss, sleep, calmness. It's great for either longer sessions listening to one after the other or a 20-30 minute session to just relax or sleep. There's an undertone of a music beneath that isn't distracting at all and very calming.
It was very relaxing listening to the readers voice. She spoke clearly and calmly, helping the listener flow into hypnosis or sleep.

Rapid weight loss without beating yourself down
Trying to get rid of those 10-12 pounds quickly? It wasn't something I considered before but hypnosis is very powerful way to natua[lly lose weight. In fact I used it in combination with a number of the affirmations to focus on my goal and maintain positive self talk. One practice contained within is the guided meditation I used many mornings to comfort myself mentally than trying to find that comfort through food. It is too easy to join a friend for fast food over lunch but setting up my day with the right thoughts and reconfirmuring my commitments, had me preparing my own lunch which catapulted me past my weight loss goal in a healthy and self-satisfying way
