Nice exercises.

I like the pictures but so far some of the activities have to be modified for this age group. Definitely appropriate when discussing emotions with 8-10 year olds, especially girls.I was given a free copy of this audio book at my request and have left this review voluntarily.

Great Sorce

Everyone can benefit from being more mindful, and as an educator, I've seen many kids who don't have examples of healthy outlets for their emotions. Mindfulness for Kids is a great resource to have on hand to help guide kids through difficulties and equip them with tools they can use in any situation. I was provided a free copy of this audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

We Like It

I like this book because it is written at a level that kids can understand. This is also valuable information that will help a middle age man like me handle emotions in every day situations. To be mindful means to be aware of what kinds of emotions arise at the present moment. I was given a free review copy of this audio-book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
