The best ever book on parenting!! I have wept tears of hopefulness, feeling being seen and understood. Shows so beautifully how to embrace conflicting feelings as a parent and learn to approach all kinds of situations with kids while always coming from a space of good inside - for yourself and your child.
It doesn’t matter if you are a new parent, a parent veteran or a grandparent - this book will be a paradigm shift for everyone.

This is a great book with specific strategies, examples and phrases to use. It subtly incorporates a lot of PCIT techniques. It’s kid and parent centered. It’s easy to listen but yet includes nuggets of research information to understand the “Why” behind the “How”. If you are looking to grow in your parenting journey - this book is a must.
