It Is Awesome

I Loved It
I love the helpful meditations for different purposes. It would be slightly better if there was a section with only the meditations that we could refer back to quickly. irritating
My son, of 9 yrs, found the voice overly affected and the music annoying. He felt that it was pitched to a much younger age. i tend to agree with him. i think it needs to be more natural in delivery and with better musical accompaniment. The timed breathing that begins each session, for example is way too slow for children. Even a bit too slow for me, and i have big lungs.
