Meditation for Rapid Weight Loss

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Best guide for weight loss

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

Good Job

This is a well written piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster. Very clever production!

I recommend

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling not only to lose weight but with their body image. This book will leave you with a much healthier and more positive view about weight loss and your body. I've read it several times and will keep picking it up every time I need to remind myself to love the body I have. Because that's when your body will start to lose the weight for you and you won't need to fight against it any more.

Five stars

I love the narrators voice. It's nice to listen too. For the most part I agree with what he said. Only one thing stood out I didn't really agree with and it was the "I deserve" which would mean on the flip side that I didn't deserve. I'm a very heady person which is why I'm need of meditation.

Meditation for Rapid Weight Loss

It really helps lose your weight!!! From day one I noticed a change in my sleep pattern. I think it's working on my eating habits, I've been using it about a week and I've noticed some changes the most extreme change has been in sleep, very relaxing, very soothing, lulls me into a deep sleep.

They are really good affirmations, I just wish that they lasted longer. The e information at the end was very helpful!

Best guide

But it just is! I've tried so many other methods to lose some weight but I can only, explain that it just works. I'm able to fast up to 19 hours sometimes and still only eat small portions. I'm enjoying these slow but steady results.

Boring in the extreme

Could be useful if you’re having a problem getting to sleep. She just repeats lots of basic affirmations which do the opposite of relax you. If you have low self esteem or no friends this is the book for you!

I love this guide

Sticking to my diet has become easier with this audio by my side. It's a soothing way to fall into a natural suggestive state that helps you ingest messages that help you in the long run for staying on track with your diet and essentially losing weight. It's a good way to stay on target with weight loss goals and make sure your mentality matches your goals.

I love this book

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss.
