No different than std keto diet just less carbs allowed.

No different than std keto diet just less carbs allowed at 5%. So this is actually harder to do than a std keto diet allowing 10% carbs. Best to invest in a Keto-Mojo blood meter and test once or twice a week while tracking macros. You may be find out you can eat 40 to 50 carbs per day and still stay in keto.

Worthy listen!

Very powerful audio

Very helpful!

Started listening to the CD in the car (not meditating in the car, mind you) and it is just wonderful. I noticed a better connection to the book while using this CD. My actual weight loss began when I added the CD to my program. It helped me become more aware, more connected, and kept me working the lessons. I'm down 5lbs and I am motivated to keep going!

Awesome Audiobook

This book is the original intermittent fasting book. Emmanuel Young is who brought intermittent fasting to the masses. If you want the science behind intermittent fasting, this book is for you. Emmanuel Young dumbs the science down and makes it easy to understand. It also stays away from "fad diet" b.s. and sticks to the facts.
