No different than std keto diet just less carbs allowed.

No different than std keto diet just less carbs allowed at 5%. So this is actually harder to do than a std keto diet allowing 10% carbs. Best to invest in a Keto-Mojo blood meter and test once or twice a week while tracking macros. You may be find out you can eat 40 to 50 carbs per day and still stay in keto.

Best book for losing weight

This book was a lifesaver for me. After years of dieting back and forth finally a book that explains the way you brain works to make you continue to eat. After reading it to me it was so easy to take off the pounds. Felt so much better right away. I will continue to eat this way the rest of my life and the good part is NO pills or supplements or odd foods required.

Highly recommended!

Music too loud!

Aside from the narrator having a slightly annoying voice, the music was far too loud, repetitive and intrusive, and was their overpowering.

The last diet book you'll ever buy

Think the information is well presented. The author's personality comes across as enthusiastic and kind. It is a challenging dietary regime but doable. Big changes big results. I plan to go for it!

Sensible and logical

The book is good but the life style is too regimented. I can't cut out all sugar or flour or I don't want to. I have chosen a different eating life style that works for me.
