Well worth to listen!!

One of the most important book on Meditation for Beginners . Very clear and practical. I would extremely advocate reading this! I found this book to be too basic on behalf of me. I especially appreciated the Discover the Power of Mindfulness Meditation! Overall, i feel the book may be a nice resource! Well written in an informative way about Guided Mindfulness Meditations! It was very inspiring and Everything else was extremely informative.

An interesting and helpful audible! it was really Grateful with this audio book as I listen to it lots of about it! Very informative and interesting to listen to. Highly recommended.

Not Just for Beginners

This books says it's for beginners but I feel everyone can benefit from this book's exercises in meditation. I enjoyed it very much. I used this to book to help me unwind at night and to rest better. The narration by Gretchen Conlon was soothingly done. Her voice is just lovely to listen to and really helps to guide you into the meditations. Overall, an enjoyable guide to meditation with a narrator perfect to lull you into a relaxed state of mind.

I Loved It

Excellent Meditations For Everyone

Meditation: Meditation for Beginners is an excellent guided meditations audiobook for everyone. Don't get caught up in the beginner part of the title. I'm not new to meditation and I absolutely love these. It has body scan meditations and background settings such as rain which I really enjoy. My favorite ones are set to binaural music. If you need to relax during the day or need a little nudge to get to sleep these are perfect. I've used them for both relaxation and sleep and also while painting. These help my creativity flow better. This is a top-notch gem of a meditation audiobook by Better Mindfulness Meditation.

Gretchen Conlon is probably the best meditation guide I've listened to. Her voice is so calm and relaxing and she helps you really wind down. She's absolutely wonderful to listen to.

Impressive

This was a great outline on the many positive aspects related to meditation. It also provides great insight on the purposes and challenges. To be successful in any new project, one needs resourceful tools...this book is that tool. I was given a free review copy of this audio book at my request.
