Great book. Practical advice. It goes through different types of hypnotism. How it can be used to change habits, fight depression, reduce anxiety and have many other positive influences. Hypnosis or relaxation sessions are good and teach you mind and body how to produce a relaxation response which you can use again and again to get on top of anxious feelings. Very good. Very Helpful
I have smoked cigarettes for many years and I have had challenges with depression. This book gave me ideas and well-written exercises so that I can use to be more healthy and have a better attitude towards life. I stopped smoking after reading this book.
