I enjoyed the main premise of this book. I disliked the choice of reader for the book. I also feel this book does not speak to the general public and the average person, however thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Master your health

When I read the book I couldn't put it down and I couldn't stop listening to it on a recent road trip - it's really that good! Mastering the Health Continuum gives you 8 daily practices for self-care and health restoration that are practical and very doable in your busy daily life. Dr. Nancy shares strategies that you can use in small steps to create your healthier lifestyle. And she does this with heart without lecturing to you.

One of the many things that I love about this book is that Dr. Nancy skillfully describes your innate intelligence and how the nervous system functions in a manner that is through and yet easily understood.

I have referred Mastering the Health Continuum to my clients and it has proven to be a valuable resource. If you are ready to optimize your health, this is a book that you want.

Inspiring and motivating

Useful educational suggestions and excellent resources are just 2 of what is great about this book. I have read a lot and I enjoyed all of it. Just learning I was not properly hydrating and therefore not educating properly was a significant moment. I highly recommend for lay and professionals. It is well researched and written.

Finally!

This book is awesome. The author speaks to me like a human. I love the way she discusses the topics. Genuine service, no "buy my program" bs, rather, well-synthesized info geared at helping me be healthier. Best health book I've read in years.
