Love this 2 books in one, it provides basics but important info like how to beat your hormones weight gain. Great explanations of symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats etc. and how to reduce them. You'll learn about what menopause is and how it happens; you will learn about proper midlife nutrition, how to combat all menopause symptoms and how to feel better and in time, be free of them. I would definitely recommend this book as a must for anyone wishing to follow a natural life cycle with menopause symptom free.

I got this book because I feel I am in the early stages of menopause and wanted information on it. This stage in a females life is not often talked about publicly and I’m grateful the author took the time to write such fabulous books. So I purchased this book for my mom but wanted to check it out too! I ended up sharing the book with my Aunt! If you have women in your life approaching menopause, then GET THIS BOOK!

This very detailed manual really guides women on how to get through the symptoms of menopause, whether it’s insomnia, weight gain, or dealing with hot flashes, the author provides a solution for you.

She even goes into detail about mental exercises to help you stay positive through all the changes which I found to be helpful and necessary part of the journey that doesn’t always get addressed! Needless to say, I will be recommending this book to other women in my family approaching this crucial period in their lives.
