I've suffered from periodic episodes of insomnia for decades now and found this audiobook to be very helpful in terms of confirming what I knew and what I had been wondering about. I especially liked the quote referenced and feel it is applicable to anyone who suffers from sleep quality and quantity issues, "The reasons we can't sleep at night are usually the same reasons we don't truly live during the day."
