Publisher's Summary

A sexy new stand-alone comedy.

Ash

I still don't know how it happened. One minute, I was arguing with my arrogant competitor - our usual trash-talk over who deserves the larger commission. But somehow, I went from throwing down to kneeling down.... It can never happen again. I don't even like him. He's too slick. He's a manipulating, mansplaining party boy in preppy clothes. So why can't I get him out of my head?

Sebastian

There are two things I know without question. One: Ash and I are destined for each other. Two: never trust a man with a unibrow. Ash is my missing my piece. She's the sweet cream to my gourmet espresso. And nothing gets me going faster than her contempt for me. They don't call her the Ashkicker for nothing. Eventually I'll win her over...if my past doesn't ruin everything first.

Power Braht For The Win!

Overall: 5 stars
Performance: 5 stars
Story: 4.5 stars

This is another fun and hilarious book from Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby. This enemies to lovers story features Braht and Ash, who were introduced in the previous book, Man Hands. Though this is book 2 in the Man Hands series, it can be enjoyed as a stand alone.

I absolutely love Erin Mallon and Luke Daniels. Their narration truly makes the story shine. Both are just the right amount of sexy and sweet, but they can also deliver some seriously laugh out loud dialogue. Braht and Ash were such fun and quirky characters. It was Braht though, who really stole the show. He was so adorkable that I couldn't keep the smile from my face. There is a little drama because of both of their pasts, but the majority of the story focuses on the delicious sexual tension between these two. The story overall wasn't as captivating to me as Man Hands was, but it was still an entertaining, lighthearted, and fun listen/read!

I loved checking in with Sadie, Tom, and Brynn, and I was happy to see that the friendships are just as strong in this book as they were before. I'm really looking forward to Sadie's story next and can't wait to listen to it as well!

the absolute best!

hilarious, sweet, hootttt!!!! i fell in LOVE with Brat particularly when reading the ebook & couldn't wait for the audiobook to come out. he's the quintessential metrosexual: totally embracing his feminine side & therefore even more viril. Ash is also absolutely fabulous. the intrigue/suspense part balanced out just right. i highly recommend this book!!

What dictates a man card

This book helps define a man that many may consider being arrogant and Remy. I think Sebastian is sexy and a try man. His actions speak loudly.

Wow. Hilarious. Wonderful.

I loved this audiobook. The narrations are perfect. You can tell the both narrators feel their respective characters. This is a romcom heavy on the comedy, so they make it work perfectly. I loved the story, but the narration enhances the appeal of the book. And that is great.

Oh man! This book is hilarious. Man Card is the second installment in the Man Hands series and is a standalone, though I believe it is better to read them in order. But that’s just me.

Braht! You will not believe this guy. He is so over the top! He is also sweet, considerate, smart and beautiful. At least according to Ash, his nemesis, and the girl of his dreams. They are rivals, both realtors working for the same firm, and totally attracted to each other. Braht wants nothing more than to convince Ash they are ment to be. Ash wants nothing to do with him. At first. But after the incident in Brynn’s pantry, resisting her attraction to him proves to be impossible.

Like I said, this book is hilarious. I don’t know another word to describe it. It defines it. It’s a given you will laugh. Out. Loud. Maybe even roll on the floor. Even fall out of your chair. It’s a given. This is not only a funny story, it has depth. It has meaning and a few points to make. You’ll see. The characters are awesome, the situations they go through are hilarious, and the way the story evolves is simply perfect. The inner dialogues are fantastic, freaking fantastic. You’ll fall in love with Ash and Braht while they fall in love with each other. It’s a win-win all around.

I loved, loved, loved it

Just like book one Man card should come with its own warning.  But this one should be “Don’t Attempt to put on mascara while listening to this audiobook.”  Mascara is something that your eyes have to stay wide open and when I was falling over laughing in tears.  Mascara application did not go well.  Needless to say, I was late to work that morning.  Because my makeup needed to be fixed……twice…..

I loved, loved, loved Man Card.  Ash and Sebastian were perfect together and their story was perfection.  Why haven’t I found these books sooner?  I am rating Man Card 5 Boundless stars, because what else would I give it?

Two wrongs make a right

In this series, the two most annoying characters are Ash & "the Braut" - individually they are high-maintenance, particular and can over-power others. Not in a bad or mean way....they are just shy of "too much". However, they gravitate towards each other and just work. Compliment each other - tone each other down. Fight, push, compete. Kiss, push, fight. The way they set each other up is hilarious and the fact that they deserve each other is ideal. Good, light fun story.

Great follow up

I loved reading this second book by Eby and Bowen. Their characters are fun and well flushed out. This story was a little different in that it took a (very) slightly thriller view instead of leaning into the romance fully. Probably my favorite part is that the male lead isn’t traditional in his “manliness”. The authors challenge the idea of what being a man and a romance lead means.
