Gripping - was on the edge of my seat

This was an entertaining romantic suspense story that ticked all the boxes for me. Well written, the narration was good and the narrators were easy to listen to. From the first chapter I was hooked on the story that was told. There were equal amounts of romance and suspense which was entertaining. The characters were easy to relate to and I really liked them. The chemistry between them was intense and the witty banter.The secondary characters were just as entertaining and I will be looking at other books in the series ASAP. The narrators certainly did justice to the characters and the wonderful story that the author created.

I loved the story line . Wonderful hero and heroine in this story .

Loved how strong the men and women were in this book . They had to overcome their own fears to find the there why back .

Action Packed Love Story

I loved this Book! Nyssa is a new-to-me Author & I really enjoy her writing style & this Story! Aiden & Ava did a great job Narrating this story! I look forward to the other Books in this Series!!

First time for this author!! It was great. Getting ready to listen to the next one in this series.

Easy listen for a new to me author

I enjoyed the story and the set up for
The rest of the series. The characters are fine and have depth to them. With detailed and complex backgrounds.

Ava and Aiden do an amazing job as Grace and Logan. The voices match how I envision the characters and you can never go wrong when either of them are narrating a story.

Quick synopsis:

Woman with a tragic past want to make amends with some people she wronged even though she did it to protect herself and someone she loves.

The two grow to have an understanding and and Logan falls first even with his gruff ex-military persona. Grace is sweet and always wanting to help as a therapist.

The story’s twist and turns aren’t overly surprising as the author leaves enough breadcrumbs that you can see some of
The events before they happen, but I enjoyed the climax and resolution as well as the lead in to the next book in the series. I look forward to listening to the rest of her books.

The story isn’t overly steamy, but does a good job of showing the characters overcome their hang ups as they progress through their budding relationship

I loved the narration, it was so well done!! I love Aiden Snows voice. Can’t wait for the next one!

A Great Start to a New Series!!

Awww, we see Logan in Project Arma so we know he is a part of the guys that were used on the secret project that brought so much turmoil to men serving their country without realizing what was being done to them.

I was hoping Logan would have a great story and Nyssa didn't disappoint! Logan isn't one to follow everyone else's instinct and is determined to understand why Grace did something that could have destroyed multiple teammates. Grace felt like she had no choice in the decision that she made. Her choice came from fear and betrayal.
I enjoyed reading the material leading up to both of them as they found what they each were searching for.

I am so excited for the other characters in Blue Halo and can't wait to read the next one.

This is a great book to begin the new series with!

Very entertaining suspense, action, performance!

This book has great characters, a very interesting backstory, and lots of mystery, suspense, and action along with some romance. The performance is very good!!! The story kept me very entertained throughout the whole book.

Oh...it's Grace!

After finishing the Project Arma series, I had to get this to find out about Grace! How could she betray these men? I wasn't sure if there was going to be anything that would redeem her, but this story is incredible, and it certainly brings a lot of things to light! Grace has come to Cradle Mountain to apologize to the men of Blue Halo in person for her breech of information. She knew it wasn't going to be easy, but she felt the need to see their faces, tell them and leave. But she doesn't. She stays, knowing that it could put her in danger, the reason she did what she did. Logan is the first one she meets, and he is not giving in to her that easily. He can tell she is honest about her feelings, but forgiveness is not that easy. There is something about her though that calls to him. When danger comes to her though, and the men of this team find out it coincides with their mission, things change. And so does Logan's feelings about Grace. This is suspenseful, exciting, passionate and all the things I have come to love in a Nyssa Kathryn novel. It's picks up where I left off and I cannot wait to continue this series to see what will happen next!

Aiden Snow and Ava Lucas. I don't need to say more than that to let you know how good the narration of this book was. Snow is so good at figuring out the personality of his characters. Logan is a tough one, but Snow knows how to make him human. Lucas is a favorite as everyone knows, and she pulls out all the emotions as Grace. She is a complex character and reliving her past and looking forward is heartwrenching, scary and beautiful all felt with Lucas's performance. This team is fantastic!

Great start to a new series

The narrators: I love Aiden Snow. He has such a great deep voice I always enjoy books he narrates. Ava Lucas as always is hit or miss for me. She did well in this book, though. they both did a great job

Okay... I am not gonna lie. I was really wondering how I was going to like Grace. I mean what happened at the end of Kye I found myself going Nooo!
Well let me tell you  how wrong I was and how quickly my mindset shifted within the first few chapters. This girl has a pure heart, her honesty and bravery speaks volumes to her character and who she is! And this girl was put in hell!
~I don't know what it is about you, but you take away some if the fear that I have never been able to shake.

Logan despite how angry he is. And he is angry! Which he has every right to be. He was kidnapped held against his will and experimented on, now, he has to face the backlash of their story being exposed to world, and with that comes being hassled by media.  Despite that, despite what Grace did  he looks at Grace and sees her. Really sees her. He is willing to listen and get to the bottom of the why's she is keeping locked away. Logan is absolutely amazing when it comes to Grace. ****Sigh*** , no really when you read it you will see why I had a sigh there.
~Everyday I spend with you, my feelings grow. The thought of losing you is.... terrifying.

I love how these guys will still be mentioning the Project Arma guys, but I also love how this is their own unique story. Its different than what Project Arma was as a series.. yes these guys have the same life altering super drug and had the common goal to take down the Project but what the Blue Halo guys experience was different and now we are learning what they are going to be going through post project with the world knowing who and what they are..
**eekkk** I cannot wait!!! We will be in for such a treat as Nyssa continues to write about the dream  team that is the Blue Halo group!  Well done! What a great start into this series. Inconclusion, is it too soon to start the count down for the next book??  Yes?? Ha.
