narrator is horrible!

OMG, he is the worst! he's so hard to listen to. he tries too hard to sound like a narrator. instead he sounds like a computer. Alexa does a better job then this guy. ugh. I should've bought the hard copy.

I want my money back

I’m sorry to say that the book is too superficial. You can learn more from a 30 min video on youtube. And since he makes some mistakes at the beginning confusing glucose and insulin, credibility was lost. In my opinion.

little information lots of advertising

this has some real good information in regards to the weight loss program, but it spends a ton of time advertising its self instead of giving you anything useful.
