A wealth of knowledge
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Dr Gupta’s audio book. It’s filled with a wealth of knowledge on how to keep your brain sharp. This book has prompted me to make some lifestyle changes and I’ll share what I’ve learned with loved ones. I appreciate Dr. Gupta taking time out of his busy schedule to share what he’s learned over the years.

Exercise and eat nuts
Dr. Gupta certainly wants you to know how very hard he researched this book, and how very many experts he consulted while writing it. He tells you this over and over again.
Nevertheless, I learned nothing new from this book. It’s essentially a rehash of the latest articles from New Scientist and Scientific American. The last hour of the book is him giving you various organizations to contact if you fear you may be at risk for dementia. I’m pretty sure people use Google to discover such things these days, and unsure why it was included. I patiently waited for something enlightening or revelatory - or NEW - but was left wanting. I’m unclear as to why this book was even written. My best guess is that it’s targeting people who quite literally know NOTHING at all about brain health.

This is an excellent book documenting the critical importance of taking immediate action to improve our health. Our brains are the central powerhouse of our body that is a mystery and where the quality of our life exists. Dr Gupta teaches invaluable information that is life saving and life changing.
