It also comes with a few good-taste jokes every here and there that make the book very fun and light. I strongly recommend it. I often get bored listening to self-help books, so I read them skimming or skipping unnecessary or overlengthy chapters. But this book was not only extremely helpful, but very easy to listen to. Every chapter was packed - no wasted words. It is written in a way that is friendly, easy to understand, and a bit humorous. I am 75, recently retired, and afraid that retirement will bring fast aging - and possibly dementia. That’s why I picked up this book. It gave me hope and empowerment.
