Jack has a new assignment: to investigate the suspicious death of a soundman on the hit TV show Planet Survival. Jack goes undercover as a security agent where the show is filming on nearby Mount Minuit. Soon trapped on the treacherous peak by a blizzard, a mysterious killer continues to stalk the cast and crew of Planet Survival. What started out as a game is now a deadly competition for survival. Surviving the cold and each other...

This is book #8 in the Jack Stratton series. This book has Jack providing security and protection to the cast of a survival TV show. Seems the more popular the show is getting the lower the budget keeps getting. There have been quite a few accidents, a few deaths and even more near deaths. His fiancé Alice is back home doing research on the show. There are many rules that don't make sense and it appears someone is sabotaging them. Is it a past survivalist? A crew member? Someone else?
Lots of danger. Well written. The books in this series are all stand alone. I prefer reading them in order mainly because of the progressing relationship between Jack and Alice.
Andrew Tell does a great job narrating.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A fun ride.

If you want adventure, suspense, mystery and a bit of humor then you have reached the right place.

This is a long series which I just started with this Book but it is entertaining and interesting.

The Narrator did a great job presenting the material and helping the listener to form the images required to
appreciate this well crafted story.

Great novel in a great suspense series!

In his Detective Jack Stratton series author Christopher Greyson has a winning formula. Jack is now a private detective rather than a city cop and in Jack Frost he is investigating a TV reality series for an insurance company (after a TV reality series employee dies in a avalanche) to determine the risk the company faces if they continue insuring the TV series. Jack and Alice are now engaged to be married and she is part of his PI agency. (Alice's old nickname of Replacement has now been dropped.) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this novel and this series for listeners who like the suspense mystery/thriller genre. Those who object to profane language will also appreciate this series. Andrew Tell does a great job of narration.

YES - MYSTERY

You know, I REALLY like it when a mystery is actually... I don't know... mysterious? I can almost always guess the plot before I even hit the halfway mark, but 'Jack Frost' truly kept me guessing! This mystery thriller is absolutely packed with fast paced action, some seriously comedic moments, a bit of romance, and a whole lot of greed. I enjoyed every minute of it! Christopher Greyson weaves an intricate tale that is endlessly satisfying to unravel, and Andrew Tell delivers an enthralling performance. I would recommend this story to any of my friends who enjoy the mystery genre!

The Voice inflections

The Voice inflections did not seem appropriate for the words that were being said there was too much weird emotion at the end of a sentence for me
