Lovely one...!

I adored the data toward the beginning of the cookbook that the writer set aside the effort to compose. Some tips and recommendations truly make this book prime for new bread cooks and prepared ones. There is a significant assortment of plans and she recommends approaches to consolidate the plans to make various nourishments. There are plans for a couple of servings to plans for organization or family treats.

Recommended

This is my bible my go-to book. It’s simply amazing. Nothing is difficult to make and has full-colour pictures for each recipe. Using swerve as the sweetener of choice makes everything taste like the real thing. The only downside is all the ingredients are expensive, but it keeps me sane in my sugar-free world as a diabetic. Would certainly recommend.

Overall great description.

It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight, lowered my sugar A1c and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically stronger with fewer ailments.

Overall smart guide

Perfect amount of information

This book was incredibly helpful for a keto newbie. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do.It delivers what it promises—a ketogenic diet -intermmitent fasting. It explains the body chemistry; it enumerates the carb-laden foods and their keto-friendly counterparts. This is a very useful book for those wanting to change their way of thinking about diets!

It’s a great book for intermittent fasting. A great informative book.
