Pros: This is truly a Complete Beginners Guide. It provides a look to history, and origins of Keto and fasting. It explains in detail how you burn calories, and how to do the keto diet and whole process of fasting.
Cons: It referred to some chart that I could not "see" or find. There were some awkward pauses in the middle of sentences, this is why it was better to play it very fast. However, if you need time to process the information, the normal speed is good.
This book could be shorter without some of the filling comments/explanations that did not provide useful information.
Overall, I think it is a great for Complete Beginners, seriously, it will help you understand how it works on your body; without mentioning specifically what researchers have done/said what. On the other hand, you'll be bored if you are already familiar with the Ketogenic diet, fasting or exercising.

This bundle is a score, especially for those just starting their Keto journey. The "rules" are easy to follow, just stick to the diet and the lbs will start coming off. Good luck!

I enjoyed this book. It even talks about how vegans can work there way into the keto diet which is nice because I follow a vegan diet myself. I actually didn’t no that that was possible to go on the keto diet to. I also don’t like eating animal products for moral reasons, and for the environmental impact so that’s cool that you can follow the Keto without doing that. I also liked that there were 3 books in one. Because I think there’s more to it then just the diet itself. You also need to exercise and fasting can be helpful too. I recommend this book and I got a lot of good tips out of it.

Ok so first of all, I'm not a woman. That said, however, my wife and I are trying to start intermittent fasting together, and I appreciated hearing about things that specifically help her. It also has the framework included that men can use too, but some stuff doesn't apply.
