Great Sequel

The first book covered different introductory information. This book is a good step up with weight loss material - exercises, diet and nutrients. There are some good adds that cover injury (for example) and diet examples. The fitness level for this one is more intense and goes from moderate to high intensity. It was a good idea to get both books at the same time to gauge which one would be the best fit. Also, they cover different topics.

This book picks up where the first book left off giving a new variety of work outs perfect for those who have started integrating circuit training into their daily lives. The variety of exercises keeps things fresh and there are powerful words of motivation to help get you going when you aren't feeling it. Everything is body weight exercises meaning that this book will help break down the excuses that we all come up with and help propel you into your next stage of fitness and health. A great companion to the exercises outlined in the first book as they're slightly more intense but also add a new variety that will keep you interested.

Impressive Guide

This is a fantastic book that focuses on circuit training, the typical errors people make when attempting to lose weight at home, and how to prevent those errors. I found this book to be tremendously enlightening and helpful in my quest to get to a healthier weight. Nevertheless, the aspect of this book that focused the most on avoiding typical errors was one that I found to be the most valuable. The author gave lucid explanations as to why some strategies for weight reduction may not be successful or sustainable. In addition, the author supplied helpful recommendations for making adjustments to one's lifestyle that are intended to be long-term.
If you want to get into better condition and shed some extra pounds, I strongly suggest trying Intermediate Circuit Training. The recommendations and pointers offered in the book are helpful in everyday life, founded on empirical research, and, most importantly, successful. I have already started implementing several of these suggestions into my workout program, and I am already beginning to notice the benefits.

Over all very good book that gives you the basic of circuit trading and easy to follow. My only complaint was the narrator was very monotone..

Fast lane to reaching my goals

This was a really great listen. There is no doubt that circuit training is one of the best training methods to reduce body fat. This intermediate training guide is easy to follow and understand. I actually enjoyed the narrator's voice and found it motivating. 'Circuit Training at Home' is a fantastic stepping stone to get your health and fitness back on track.

Great home-workout book

This audiobook is really amazing! It teaches you all about circuit training, which is a workout routine that helps you get fit fast. Helpful aid to weight loss

Having tried numerous fitness audiobooks, this one hits different - with great information, strategies you can use and workouts to get you going! My favourite chapter was to how to eat for weight loss - great information that I haven't heard in other audiobooks and that actually gets results. Highly recommend for those who want to improve their life and see the chapter about how mental strength comes from physical strength - the most true chapter you will ever see!
