Loved this!

Lucy Peckham hates Christmas. Every year since she was a preteen embarrassing, rotten things happen at Christmas. I listened to this while I was alone or people may of thought I was insane, because I kept laughing out loud. I projected ahead trying to guess what was going to happen next. Wonderful listen!1
The narration was well done.The characters were well portrayed. Susan Marlowe was the perfect choice for this book.

Sweet and funny!
This is a sweet and funny short novella. Lucy hates Christmas. From the time she can remember, nothing good every happened, as a matter of fact, bad things would happen to her on Christmas. We travel through her mishaps and embarrassments, he loves and disappointments until she finds her happily ever after. If you need a quick book to bring a smile to your face, this is one for you.
Susan Marlowe is a wonderful narrator. Her rich voice brings warmth and laughter throughout the performance.

Great Read

Cute Story
This is such a cute story. I love it! The narrator does a fantastic job with the character's voices. I especially love the way she does the mother's voice. It's perfect!

I Love Lucy
I love Lucy. I totally understand her view on Christmas. The storyline was cute. I enjoyed the narration. I liked there were different tones and voices for different characters. I would definitely buy this author and narrator again.

Cute Christmas Story
This was my first experience with S. M. Smith's work, and I enjoyed in a lot. The author wrote this story in first person. Lucy, the protagonist tells how she has had many horrible experiences on Christmas day, and this influences the way she feels about Christmas. The tale is funny and charming, and I recommend it to others. Susan Marlowe's narration is great, and her voice is expressive. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily left this review.

You would hate Christmas too!
Lucy seems to be a bad luck magnet when it comes to the Christmas holiday. Will she ever be able to catch a break?
