Best Goal Setting program for reinvention

I really liked this audiobook. I liked the author Coach Pamela Mitchell and I liked her voice with the music and bells. She read this well! I loved the curriculum too!! I am a certified coach and had never heard of Coach Pamela until this book appeared as a suggestion in my Audible. It is the best goal setting program I’ve seen and to have the goal setting tied to reinvention is masterful. I will recommend this work to all my fellow coaches.

Great nuggets to reinvention

As a medical doctor I sometimes find myself opposite patients who I know are not happy with their work life balance. Whilst they come to me for medical complaints, it soon turns out there is not anything wrong medically but they are lacking the drive and energy to pursue a fulfilled life.
This succinct audiobook has all to get started with a path towards a best life.
I can now prescribe this podcast to my patients.
