What a great, easy-to-follow guide. This audio is especially great for people who have never been into fitness. I found the author's tone very friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. I also love how it can be done at home. I debated whether to get the actual book or listen to the audiobook, but I printed the PDF, and it has everything you will need to know. Highly recommend!

I liked how well explained the book was. It guides through the whole process and that exercises are well explained. I really liked the fact that the PDF was included with audiobook because I used this to look at the exercises as well which were really well explained. Highly recommended.

As a caregiver, I work with a lot of elderly women over 75 that suffer from mobility issues and need help with daily activities.
I got this audiobook to help my clients be more independent and help them move more easily.
I've used these exercises from this audiobook with two of my clients already, and they loved it!
It is nice to be the reason that someone is smiling! We plan on continuing these exercises so that they can both (hopefully) get back to doing what they were able to do before old age.
My clients also love that the narrator explicitly states the purpose of each exercise and the free PDF that came along with this audiobook - it helps them to understand that they are doing each exercise correctly.
