If you are considering buying a home then this book is for you. it gives you extreme basic information without getting tou stuck in the weeds of purchasing. I on the other hand am beyond this stage so the book was not enough.

very short. some good info.
very short. if you can buy for only a couple dollars, it is ok. there a few good nuggets in here but it is not like a full book, I finished in only 10-12 mins. I did get a little value out of it so for a could dollars it was worth it. if they try to charge full book costs it would not be
