The gardeners program includes three files that will guide you through easy, gentle Pilates exercises that will strengthen your deep, supportive abdominal and back muscles and will counteract all of the forward bending that comes with gardening. Included with the workout is a free Ab Tutorial that teaches you how to use your breathing to activate and strengthen the deepest layer of your abdominals. These muscles are important because they support your spine, pelvis, and hips so that you get the most benefit from the workout.
The gardeners workout includes easy, effective Pilates exercises that focus on stretching the tight muscles before strengthening the over-stretched and weak muscles. The exercises are gentle and highly effective.
Finally, for those of you who are visual learners, a photo-illustrated document is included that shows the exercises in the order in which they are taught.
