I like she a good enough details of live and tells us how she turns her poison into passion. It gives a better understanding. I would recommend this book to people who have given up on themselves. Because Tina reminds us that it’s never too late start over n we are the only walking on our journey, so stop worrying and ask the divine for guidance n help. Namaste.

And again… a very beneficial read for anyone wanting to start from where they are and not where the author is.

I will be reading this again

In researching all possible options to fight a loved one’s cancer, I read about someone chanting “Nam myoho renge kyo” to successfully fight their own dire cancer diagnosis. I didn’t dive further into the meaning behind that chant and felt intimidated by it…but Tina’s book made the chant and its meaning feel understandable and practicable in everyday life. Very grateful for the wisdom, message and encouragement that Tina presented in this book—what an amazing legacy she has left behind!

I was at first disappointed that it wasn’t Tina herself who performed the audio version, but I have to imagine it would have been a strain for her to do so at that point in her life. I actually really enjoyed Adrienne Warren’s calm, lightly emotive performance—she never became so dramatic that it distracted from the messages in the book, but she deftly portrayed the emotion that lay behind the words.

Big thumbs up for the narration and the book itself!

Great explanation of Nam myoho renge kyo

I enjoyed this read and learning more about Tina. I only wish she had narrated it herself, but I get it. She’s such a positive light in the world.

I'm not really sure why there were so many complaints about the narrator. I'm glad I didn't allow this to deter me from purchasing the book. Truly inspirational. I highly reccomend.

I listen to this everyday. I can’t get past chapter 4. It’s so inspiring but you learn a lot about Buddhism which I’ve been studying. But to hear someone you admire that has gone through so much tell the story is even more inspiring and enlightening.

Tina has always been my mentor and guiding ⭐️

The only regret is that it’s not her lovely voice reading.

I can’t stop listening! This is my morning bible.

Admittedly, I'm partial. I've been a fan of Tina's for decades and wanted her to write this book since I first read her autobiography, I Tina, in the late 80's. I am surprised at how insightful and inspiring it truly is. The lessons weaved in with different points of her life help to relate them back to your own. We may not face the exact same situations but we do face many of the same fears. I love the discussion of cause and effect. How perfect is this subject matter for our present day! This is a wonderful book that the World needs today.
