Meh
I was really into the book for the first few chapters. Then it just went a different route and it was difficult to follow the path of where the author was going. As usual, Zara Ram was great and I give her 5 stars.

OMG! What was that? Disappointing, I’d say!
I love my British series and hate to leave such a negative review. It took more than a few tries… but I finally relented and started on D.E. White’s Detective Dove Milton, first her book in the series. Narrator extraordinaire Zara Ramm is a fave of mine and the main reason I chose “Glass Dolls.” Her spot-on vocals are precisely perfect. At first, I thought this is a book one needs to listen intently as not to miss a subplot or character {{{too many of both}}}. Did not work for me. It is chaotic, disorganized and a tangled mess. White zigzags back and forth, up and down, sideways. I was bewildered and got to the point that I didn't give a hoohah whodunit. Zara, I look forward to hearing more from you very soon. Ms. White, unfortunately, I believe our relationship has come to an end.
