Great real estate book, and an easy read!

This is a very good book to get you familiarized/started in real estate investment. Most specifically, flipping and wholesaling. It's written in a nice, conversational manner, making it easy and enjoyable to read. Edward Beck also shares interesting life lessons throughout the book, along with his real estate knowledge, both of which kept me thinking and pondering after each read. Being involved in the real estate investment market myself, I highly recommend this book to people who have an intrigue about the basics of certain ways to invest in real estate and how to get started. It's a really good read.

Mr. Beck is hands down a real one. 💪

I've had the chance to talk to Mr. Beck and he is the type of person who will tell you what you need to hear. Not what you want to hear.

I have great respect for him and his father.

Real Truth About Real Estate Investing
