Great real estate book, and an easy read!

This is a very good book to get you familiarized/started in real estate investment. Most specifically, flipping and wholesaling. It's written in a nice, conversational manner, making it easy and enjoyable to read. Edward Beck also shares interesting life lessons throughout the book, along with his real estate knowledge, both of which kept me thinking and pondering after each read. Being involved in the real estate investment market myself, I highly recommend this book to people who have an intrigue about the basics of certain ways to invest in real estate and how to get started. It's a really good read.

Real Truth About Real Estate Investing

This book is absolutely refreshing in that the author takes the time to share real knowledge and not just a couple of catch phrases used by many other writers on this subject. I appreciate the truth presented in this book. The title states it all. Great job! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
