Flipping Houses in no time!

The level of details these books provide is incredible! It provides more simplified and easy to understand details of buying and flipping a house. There are a lot of “flip this house” kind of shows out but this book points out things I don’t think I’ve seen addressed on these shows. Bottom line, I think the author does an excellent job of explaining house flipping and what to look for. Definitely a diamond in an entrepreneur’s tool box!

Great business plan

I read all Lou’s books and started following him to get more educated on this business model. Me and my friend want to invest together and now I feel so much more prepared and confident. Some of the arguments he brings are straightforward, but for some reason they never crossed my mind. Had a few a-ha moments reading his books.

I always thought going into real estate is intimidating because of the high financial barrier to entry until I listened to this book by Lou Vachon. The books were written in an easy to follow manner. I used to think real estate investing is just buying house and re-selling it; however, Vachon showed me the secret sauce to real estate: buy + FIX + sell. We can do a few renovations and made some profit from the investment. As a careful investor, I really appreciate all the pitfalls to avoid that the books provide. It also gave advice on what we can consider for renovating when we assessing the properties and ways to safeguard your investment by networking and mentorship.

This is the best bang for your buck on Audible. If you are interested in learning about real estate, I highly recommend picking this up. I was nervous about getting into real estate until I learned just how easy and approachable it can be. I will soon be making more money than I know what to do with!

Great value for so much information

Before listening to this audiobook bundle, I had heard of flipping houses but never considered doing it until now. The author goes into a lot of detail about the five strategies to flip a house. I found it interesting how the 70% formula meant until I listened to the advice. While I can see the various pros on flipping a property and quickly, there are many factors to consider, such as working with contractors, insurance for the property, etc. The author lists everything clearly and concisely. A PDF of the book is also included, so this is of great value. The narrator does a good job. Get this book if you are considering flipping houses. It will save you a bundle. It's worth more than the cost of a credit.

Flipping houses is never easy

These two titles complement each other well. I personally found the chapters about decided what in the house to "flip" as well as the common mistakes by beginners. Both provided some new insights for me into flipping a house, which I've been contemplating for quite some time now.
