Practical & Tactical Techniques to Combat Anxiety

The tools and techniques were not only practical but simple. Readers can access and practice effective ways to not only get insight to what's causing the anxiety, but how to cope with it in daily life. Listening to Agi was a pleasure since she's articulate and supportive with her tone and delivery. It's easy to start and stop the audio to practice her methodology.

I especially appreciated her quotations kicking off chapters. My favorite was from Dr. Seuss "Oh the Place's You'll Go."
